When you make your first booking with Travel24, you will receive a welcome email with your login details and password. For each journey you will receive a Travel24 acknowledgement email. Please check the details and contact us if any changes are needed. Travel24 is not liable for missed journeys due to incorrect information.

Journey details, pick-up instructions, and driver contact information will be sent to you when the journey is assigned. Please monitor your email and phone. Travel24 is not liable or refundable if the customer fails to do so.

Passengers should arrive 3 hours early for airport departures. Travel24 accepts no liability for missed flights or appointments due to traffic or delays.

Travel24 accepts no liability for missed flights or appointments due to weather conditions, traffic jams, or road accidents.

In case of a vehicle breakdown, another vehicle will be arranged free of charge where possible. Travel24 accepts no liability for missed flights or appointments caused by breakdowns.

The date and time of departure and arrival must be provided in UK time.

Date and time changes are free of charge provided the vehicle type remains unchanged. Different vehicle sizes may incur additional cost. Changes must be notified at least 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time, otherwise a 25% fee may apply.

No refund will be issued if passengers arrange their own alternative transport.

Passengers must notify Travel24 immediately of any changes to journey times. No refunds will be issued where changes are not communicated.

Please book the appropriate vehicle size for your group. Travel24 accepts no responsibility for excess luggage or additional passengers beyond the vehicle capacity. If unsure, please contact us 24/7.

Travel24 primarily uses its own transport fleet. However, during periods of high demand, approved third-party transport providers may be used.
